What To Expect From Each Training Session


Ranging from 1x a week to 2x a week, each training session is 60 minutes.  We will start with a 5-10 minute full body warm-up using dynamic stretching and cardiovascular bursts of activity. After the blood gets flowing, we will briefly discuss the theme of the workout based on your goals (i.e... strength training, stretching & mobility, HIIT, core, etc.). Instruction, guidance, accountability, and critique will be brought to every session. After the day's routine is complete, a 5-minute cool-down will follow allowing time for feedback from myself and you.

FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS RECOMMEND 2-4 TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK; YOU WILL RECEIVE 2 SESSIONS WITH US AND BASED ON YOUR PROGRESS, WILL BE DIRECTED TO START HAVING TRAINING SESSIONS ON YOUR OWN TO BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE IN THE GYM.

 

3. WHAT IF I'M NEW TO EXERCISING OR HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE? 

NO WORRIES! OUR PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE ALL FITNESS LEVELS, INCLUDING BEGINNERS! WE WILL START WITH THE BASICS AND GRADUALLY INCREASE INTENSITY AS YOU BUILD STRENGTH AND CONFIDENCE. 

4. DO YOU OFFER ONLINE COACHING IF I'M NOT LOCAL?

YES! MY ONLINE COACHING ARE PERFECT FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE NOT LOCAL, AND ALSO FOR CLIENTS WHO PREFER TO WORKOUT ON THEIR OWN OR FROM HOME! I PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLANS, VIDEO DEMOS, AND REGULAR CHECK-INS TO KEEP YOU ON TRACK. YOU WILL STILL GET THE SAME LEVEL OF SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AS IN-PERSON CLIENTS. 

5. HOW ARE THE WORKOUT PLANS DEVELOPED? 

YOUR WORKOUT PLAN IS CUSTOMIZED BASED ON YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION AND PROGRESS ASSESSMENTS. WE WILL UPDATE IT EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS TO ENSURE IT CONTINUES TO MEET YOUR EVOLVING NEEDS AND KEEPS YOU CHALLENGED.

WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT CLOTHES, WATER, AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE! WE WILL PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR YOUR WORKOUT.
