2. WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED TO ONLINE COACHING?

THE EQUIPMENT YOU WILL NEED DEPENDS ON YOUR GOALS AND THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM YOUR COACH DESIGNS FOR YOU. MANY PROGRAMS CAN BE DONE WITH MINIMAL EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS A YOGA MAT, DUMBBELLS, RESISTANCE BANDS, AND/OR A STABILITY BALL. 3. WHAT IF I HAVE NO PRIOR FITNESS EXPERIENCE? 

VIRTUAL FITNESS COACHING IS IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS AS WELL! YOUR COACH WILL DESIGN A PROGRAM THAT WILL START AT YOUR CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL, INTRODUCING BASIC EXERCISES AND GRADUALLY INCREASING INTENSITY AS YOU GAIN CONFIDENCE AND STRENGTH. ONLINE COACHING WILL PROVIDE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AND VIDEO DEMONSTRATIONS TO ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND EACH EXERCISE. ADDITIONALLY, REGULAR CHECK-INS ALLOW YOU TO ASK QUESTIONS AND GET PERSONALIZED ADVICE TO HELP YOU PROGRESS SAFELY. 

4. HOW WILL I STAY MOTIVATED WITHOUT IN-PERSON MOTIVATION?

STAYING MOTIVATED WITH ONLINE COACHING WILL INVOLVE REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT FROM YOUR COACH. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ACCOUNTABILITY THROUGH SCHEDULED CHECK-INS AND PROGRESS TRACKING. SETTING REALISTIC, ACHIEVABLE GOALS AND CELEBRATING MILESTONES WILL ALSO HELP YOU STAY MOTIVATED. LASTLY, YOU WILL JOIN A COMMUNITY OF OTHER WOMEN WHO ARE LIKE-MINDED, AND WHO WILL ALSO SHARE THEIR STORIES AND PROGRESS TO HELP KEEP YOU ENGAGED. 

5. HOW DOES VIRTUAL FITNESS COACHING WORK? 

THE PROCESS WILL TYPICALLY BEGIN WITH AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT OR CONSULTATION, WHERE WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR FITNESS GOALS, CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL, AND ANY LIMITATIONS, INJURIES, OR PREFERENCES YOU HAVE. WE WILL CREATE A CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLAN THAT YOU FOLLOW AT YOUR OWN PACE ON YOUR OWN TIME. REGULAR CHECK-INS VIA APP MESSAGES, AND VIDEO CALLS WILL HELP MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS AND MAKE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AS YOU PROGRESS. WE ALSO PROVIDE VIDEO DEMOSTRATIONS OF EXERCISES AND DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE YOU PERFORM THEM CORRECTLY AND SAFELY.   

6. HOW WILL YOU TRACK MY PROGRESS FOR ONLINE COACHING? 

WE USE VARIOUS METHODS TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS, INCLUDING A FITNESS APP WHERE YOU WILL LOG YOUR WORKOUTS, NUTRITION, AND OTHER METRICS. WE ALSO WILL REQUEST PROGRESS PICTURES, MEASUREMENTS (LIKE WAISE, HIPS, ARMS), AND REGULAR WEIGHT CHECK-INS. 

7. CAN VIRTUAL COACHING ACCOMMODATE SPECIFIC FITNESS GOALS, LIKE BUILDING MUSCLE, OR STRENGTH TRAINING? 

 

ABSOLUTELY! WE ARE SKILLED IN DESIGNING PROGRAMS TAILORED TO YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS!
